signing in to digital banking

logging in on your computer or tablet:

The login bar is still in the same spot you know and love, it just looks a little different! Simply scroll to the top of the page and input your username in the login bar in the top right corner.

Simply click on the hamburger menu in the top right corner. A dropdown will appear and the login box will be at the top.

Click on the Enroll text next to the login bar to begin enrollment.

Don't worry - you'll still be able to Contact Us through a form submission! At the top of the page, you'll notice a tab for Get Help. From there, you can:

Our new interactive branch listing will help you seamlessly find your closest Charlotte Metro branch. You'll be able to find:
